Prior to joining FocusCFO, Don started his career with 10 years at Quantum Chemical, a large manufacturer of petrochemicals, followed by 8 years with Clopay Corporation, a manufacturer of garage doors and plastic films, and 22 years with Leadec Corp, formerly known as Voith Industrial Services and Premier Manufacturing Support Services, as CFO in both a regional and global role, CEO in a regional role and Mergers & Acquisitions in a regional role.
