What an incredible milestone! This year, our team gathered in Columbus for our Annual All Hands Meeting—a landmark gathering made even more special as we celebrate the 25th anniversary of FocusCFO. It was a time to align on our mission, celebrate our wins, and look ahead at what’s next.
From diving deep into our company strategy and focusing on professional development to a record-breaking $110,000+ pledged during our Annual Food Bank Fundraiser, the energy, passion, and commitment in the room were truly unmatched.
A major highlight of the event was welcoming keynote speaker James Clear to the stage to speak on Atomic Habits. We left the session not only motivated to make our own lives 1% better every day, but also inspired to apply those powerful lessons to how we help our business owner clients build sustainable, transferable value.
Beyond the main stage, our breakout sessions gave attendees a chance to dive deep into tactical, real-world execution. As we look ahead to the future, we are committed to arming our associates with the tools and strategies needed to seamlessly incorporate AI into their practices to enhance their effectiveness with clients. Alongside our AI focus, leaders also covered banking relationship turnarounds, exit readiness, EOS implementation, and best practices for remote engagements—sharing actionable tools designed to drive immediate impact.
