Bob has over 25 years of experience in finance and operations, including working directly with entrepreneurs. He is a proven Finance Leader with extensive experience working with Fortune 500 enterprises and startups leveraging revenues to drive acquisitions, sales and mergers. His experience also includes start-ups, family owned businesses and mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and the sell side.

Prior to FocusCFO, Bob had previously worked at Express and Bath & Body Works. He was the CFO and Partner at RPA, and has served as Fractional CFO for the last 14 years.
