Jim Zins
Jim Zins is a partner and Team Leader with FOCUS and joined the company in June 2008. Jim previously held a senior financial position at NanoDynamics, a high-tech R&D company, and was previously the CFO at BriskHeat, a manufacturer, and Alta Analytics, a software company, and the corporate controller at Desco, a diversified manufacturer. His earlier career was at Ernst & Young.
Jim's experience and expertise include working in the technology, manufacturing and software industries, with extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting. He is very strong analytically and has developed a number of customer and product line profitability statements and activity-based costing studies. He has also set in place operational metrics to measure the health and trends of various businesses.
Jim received his BSBA from John Carroll University.
