Larry Herrmann
Larry Herrmann joined FocusCFO in 2010 and is a partner in the Dayton office. Prior to joining FocusCFO, Larry held several senior management roles with a HVAC contractor; both large regional and local CPA firms; a contract manufacturing company with a Fortune 100 Customer base; and a consulting firm specializing in financial and operational issues.
Larry’s experience and areas of expertise include manufacturing, construction and construction services, automotive dealerships, and retail; with extensive experience in inventory management and product profitability analysis, Predetermined Profit Plans (budgeting), cash flow and debt management, compensation/benefit plans, capital procurement, banking, developing performance metrics including management reporting tools, internal financial controls, and corporate turnarounds. In addition, Larry has participated in strategic planning initiatives, analyzed and negotiated potential acquisitions, and conducted due diligence of acquisition candidates.
Larry received his BS degree from The University of Dayton. He is a past President of the Wright Library in Oakwood, Dayton Chapter of the MS Society, and currently serves as the Treasurer of Life Essentials.
