Don Schilling
Don Schilling joined FocusCFO in 2010 and is a partner in the Cleveland and NE Ohio office. Prior to joining FocusCFO, Don was a partner with an executive service firm. He also has held various senior management roles with contract manufacturing companies in commercial printing, pharmaceutical products, custom plastic parts and fabrication of custom gauging and assembly equipment. He spent the first 11 years in public accounting with two CPA firms.
Don has experience in the manufacturing environment at companies that range in size from $12
to $800 million in sales. He has participated in the control of record sales growth and the management of highly complex operations. Don’s areas of expertise include working with acquisitions, divestitures, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, developing and maintaining strong banking relationships and interacting with Wall Street.
Don received his BBA in Accounting and Finance from Eastern Michigan University and has a CPA Certificate from the State of Michigan.
