David Bourke
David Bourke is a partner with FocusCFO and joined the Company in October 2009. David has held several "C" level positions with entrepreneurial companies over the last 20 years, most recently serving as the CEO and Director of the software company, Bostech Corporation. His roles have included CEO, CFO, COO, VP of Research and Development and Division General Manager of both private and public companies primarily in the healthcare software industry. David also spent ten years with Ernst and Young where he was an executive in their Entrepreneurial Services Group. He has performed Entrepreneur in Residence services for TechColumbus and TechGROWTH Ohio.
David has extensive experience with business planning, cash management, financial analysis and reporting, and equity financing and not-for-profit business improvement.
He has been active on a number of not-for-profit and for-profit Boards and currently is a member of the Advisory Boards of 2Checkout.com, coolWIRE, and Toccata Technologies. David also serves as an Executive Mentor for the Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Academy at the Ohio State University's Center for Entrepreneurship. He has an MBA and a BS both from the University of Dayton
