Bill Pugh
Bill Pugh rejoined Focus CFO as a Partner in early 2011. Bill honed his accounting and finance skills as a member of Crane Plastics’ finance team, ultimately rising to the role of CFO at Crane Plastics Siding, the corporation’s highest revenue generating business unit. Bill also served as V.P. of Finance and C.O.O. at Able Roofing, the largest roofing contractor in Central Ohio. Prior to rejoining Focus CFO, Bill spent time leading the operation at Fixari Family Dental, one of Central Ohio’s largest, and most successful, dental practices.
Bill has over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing environments, both process and job shop, including roles on the shop floor in the warehouse and in the front office. Bill specializes in systems implementation, Key Performance Indictor (KPI) development, organizational behavior initiatives, budgeting/forecasting, incentive pay programs, strategic planning, revenue growth planning, product line profitability and cost accounting/analysis.
Bill received his B.A. in Accounting from Otterbein College, in Westerville, Ohio.
